This policy explains how Key Sync Corp (“Key-Sync,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit key-sync.com, request a quote, call us, or text with us.

Information we collect

  • Vehicle and job details, such as year, make, model, VIN and the service you’re asking about.
  • Messages you send us by text, email, phone or through our quote form.
  • Basic technical information your browser sends when you visit the site, such as device type and pages viewed.

  • To answer your questions, prepare quotes, and schedule and complete your service.
  • To send you messages about your request, appointment or service, including text messages if you’ve agreed to receive them.
  • To keep records of the work we do and to improve our website and service.

Text message opt-in

You agree to receive text messages from Key Sync Corp when you check the consent box on our quote form, text our business number, or give us your mobile number and ask us to contact you by text. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

How we protect it

We keep your information with service providers that help us run the website, store records and send messages, and we limit access to people who need it to serve you. We keep information only as long as we need it for these purposes or as required by law.

Data Sharing

  • Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
  • Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.

Key Sync Corp Messaging Terms and Conditions

  1. The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers.
  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at admin@key-sync.com.
  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
